Please note that the service is free of charge, but parts and delivery fee will be at customer's expensee. All claims are subject to evaluation and approval by the service center. They must be free from any incidents that may void the warranty.

What's your replacement policy?

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for out of box defective items.
